For some reason I've always been fascinated with cameras. Cameras have always been my favourite gadgets since the age of 5! I love taking photos of people, things, events. I'm all about capturing the moments.

By the age 18 I had a range of cameras from 35mm camera in different styles like the ones with the flash bulb on top of the camera, to the panoramic camera (well the instructions said that you can take panoramic images on it... but it didn't work!) , to the

polaroid ones, the disposable ones to the more modern auto focus, zoom in / out ones and to my 2008 digtial camera which not only takes still images but records video clips as well.

The cool thing about a digital camera is that you can print your own photos - you don't have to wait to have them developed like the old days. But having said that.... the down side to digital cameras is that most of the photos from them stay on cds (well mine anyway!) and they don't often get printed.

I guess that's where sites like Flickr and Co come in handy where you can easily upload your images and share them with families - so you don't have to print multiple copies for them.
